At Packinbox, we accept returns or exchanges within 2 days of receiving the product. 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Return shipping will be covered by us only for defective or incorrect items.
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

1.Damage / Delay in Transit

Packinbox is not responsible for any damage or delay during transit.
If an order is damaged or delayed in delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Orders are dispatched within 24–36 working hours after receiving the order.

2.Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will offer a refund or exchange.
Email us a clear video while opening the parcel showing the defect or wrong item.
After verification, the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Packinbox will make the final decision based on the proof provided. 

Exchange Policy

We do not offer replacements or exchanges for any products once they have been purchased.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
Personalised or customised items – Products made specifically for you cannot be returned.
Used or customer-damaged items – Items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Clearance or promotional sale items – Products bought during special sales or clearance offers are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for returns that meet our return conditions and are approved by our team. 
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will inform you if the refund is approved
If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. 
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
