1. Free standard shipping on retail orders over/above  Rs. 2500/- in India.
  2. We usually send out orders within 1 to 2 working days.
  3. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including days when our packing hubs are closed.
  4. If you place an order after 12 noon IST on Friday, it will be handled on Monday.
  5. Enter the full address when you check out. If it’s wrong or missing details, we can’t fix delays or failed deliveries.
  6. Undeliverable parcels: we’ll contact you. If delivery can’t be arranged, the parcel may be returned and refunded minus shipping.
  7. Personalized or custom print items take 10 to 14 working days to dispatch.
  8. Custom-made products follow their own timeline and are not part of our regular shipping schedule.
  9. Delivery time is counted from the day your order leaves our facility.
  10. If you need faster delivery, we do offer express shipping. Just send us a WhatsApp message after ordering, and we will share the additional courier cost.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • If your order has not been dispatched, you can message us on WhatsApp at +91 958 566 6099 and our team will assist you.
  • A cancellation fee of Rs. 100 or 3% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted. This covers the payment processing charges we accept.
